A - Z Projects

Orion Heritage provided the built heritage input to the proposed extension to the Asticus Building by an additional floor for AXA Investments.   Asticus Building is located in a sensitive location both within a Conservation Area and in very close proximity to both Grade I and II listed buildings. It was built in 2006 to designs by Foggo Associates, and delivered by Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands. The building won critical acclaim on completion, and also enabled the adjacent Caxton Hall (listed grade II) to be saved and bought back into use.  Orion Heritage provided the built heritage input to planning application for the extension which included design advice & heritage statement for the pre-app and the full planning application.  Planning permission was granted in February 2019.
