June 2015 marked a bold leap for our founders, Rob Bourn and Rob Smith, as they left behind secure jobs to launch Orion Heritage.
What began as two friends working from their homes in Brighton and Manchester has grown into a thriving consultancy of 18 talented team members spread across both cities and beyond.
Over the past decade, we’ve navigated exciting growth and unexpected challenges—from a global pandemic to economic uncertainty. Through it all, it’s been the passion, dedication, and resilience of our incredible team, past and present, that brought us to this milestone.
